Where Is the Fun, When Your sick?

It is true, when your done and sick say with major depression it is hard to see any humor in life. Yet, when we do finally find the "funny" we end up feeling better. I quote a lot the phrase "even in laughter the heart may be in pain". This is so true since, we consumers of mental illness who struggle to live each day yet we may be in pain that is not seen by the out side... I propose is simple, each day even in pain, do what you can to "find the funny". Look for humor till you don't have to look anymore. It is my belief that a little funny can give your need straight for one more day.
