Words Of The wisdomless: I am CLOWN

Words Of The wisdomless: I am CLOWN -

"Why is it the clown is always happy on the outside but crying on the inside? Do you think he is bipolar?
Well, unless he's riding a unicycle, then wouldn't he be... unipolar?"

Pins and Needles to the Heart

? What can be more harmful to you? A one time overwhelming incident that triggers and episodes? Or A letting trigger, stabbing you over and over and over and over again at ever turn?

Well, you may see how I feel already. What is going with me is like Pins and Needles to my Heart. Not enough to kill you but enough to let you know she is there. It's funny, I'm now on my meds and I'm doing every thing I can to find my balance and all the time , she jabs me right in the heart with a needle with ever work spoken for an other.

So What is funny about this, I guess, it is more of a funny type of pain, you know, the old, "it's funny when it really is not".

So the more normal I get the more people was to get away from me!

Where Is the Fun, When Your sick?

It is true, when your done and sick say with major depression it is hard to see any humor in life. Yet, when we do finally find the "funny" we end up feeling better. I quote a lot the phrase "even in laughter the heart may be in pain". This is so true since, we consumers of mental illness who struggle to live each day yet we may be in pain that is not seen by the out side... I propose is simple, each day even in pain, do what you can to "find the funny". Look for humor till you don't have to look anymore. It is my belief that a little funny can give your need straight for one more day.
